The Edge Finishing Process

Every edge on this belt goes through a full hand-burnishing process — no shortcuts:

• Hand-rounded edge profile
• Progressive sanding: 400 → 800 → 1200 → 2000 grit – repeated until smooth
• Final polish with a burnishing rod for maximum gloss and smoothness
• The leather’s natural oil content seeps into the edge during burnishing – sealing and enriching it naturally

The result is an edge that’s glassy smooth, deeply lustrous, and built to last.
