Produced by Conceria Walpier in Tuscany, Buttero is widely regarded as the finest vegetable-tanned leather in the world — exceptional oil content, extraordinary density, and a surface that develops one of the most beautiful patinas of any leather on the market. We don’t use it often, because the hides are small. But when we do, the result speaks for itself.
